WOTT at High Post

Monday 28th June, saw 12 WOTT members have a fun 4 ball competition at High Post, where we received an extremely warm welcome from the Ladies Captain, Linda Scrace and the Club house Team.

Congratulations to the winning team, Heather Kitson, Jan Gilkes, Nicola Raper and Jane Ioakimides with 85 points.

Linda Scrace, High Post Ladies Captain, has a back ground in Physical Education and Psychology, and has written a great book A Mind For Golf: Improve Your Mind. Improve Your Game which I finished reading this morning. Lots of common sense and positive advice about how to look at the positives of your game and remind you that we play golf to have fun and enjoy it and when we do, we get a lot more out of it.  You can buy her book on Amazon HERE

WOTT will return to High Post on the 21st April 2022, a month before the English Senior Women’s Championship is played there – make a note in your diaries.  Other 2022 events will be announced soon.
