Golf is a tremendous sport, which provides individuals of any age, gender and ability the opportunity to participate in an outdoor space with a group of like minded people, however like many new environments Golf can be a daunting environment to enter.  The goal with this section is to provide some insight and knowledge around golf, how it is governed, what the rules are and the different types of formats that individuals and teams can enjoy.

Golf is played in most nations around the World.  It is the responsiblity of the international Governing Bodies to provide guidance, rules and handicap systems which provide the framework for all golfers to participate in both competitive and friendly formats of play, mostly on golf courses, however with the introduction of new technology, players can participate and play courses and fun games at driving ranges and indoor studios virtually.
