Pilates for Golf

Women on the Tee, have partnered with Coreflex Pilates to offer online Pilates for golf classes, for our members.

Pilates is a great exercise program to include in keeping fit for golf, it focuses on Core Strength, Flexibility and Mobility, 3 key areas which have a positive impact on golfers ability to play golf.

Clinically trained, Melanie has an Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Pilates, plus Active IQ levels 2 and 3 in both Anatomy and Physiology. Her passion for Pilates arose from her training at the The Royal Academy of Dancing, where she became acutely aware of how posture, balance and core fitness is linked to performance levels in both dance and sport. Melanie has a desire to develop teaching technique and interest groups, mixing classical exercise with a contemporary twist.
