Golf is the only ball game where you have to be fit in order to be in control of your movement from being stationary start to hit a ball. All other ball sports require you to be moving when connecting with the ball. This makes golf a unique sport from a fitness point of view, with core stability and mobility be the key areas to focus on when keeping fit to enjoy your golf. In addition to our physical fitness our mental strength can also be tested when we play a round of golf.
